If you would like to delete your MyCalaf account and associated personal data, contact us using one of the options below.
What to include in your request
- Your MyCalaf account email address or phone number.
- Your full name as shown on your profile.
- A short message confirming that you want your account deleted.
What will be deleted
- Your account profile and personal details.
- Your uploaded photos and media.
- Your matches, messages, and related activity data.
Processing time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Some limited information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance reasons.
